All About Flowers
The Evolution, Biology, and Molecular Language of Flowers.
This class begins with an introduction to paleobotany and the first appearance of flowers, follows their evolution and role in creating higher life on earth, and concludes with an overview of flower physiology. Special emphasis is given to the "spiritual chemistry" of flowers: their biorhythmic production of fragrance and pigment molecules, how these molecules express the emotions and consciousness of plants, and the links between fragrance and human consciousness. Many exotic flower fragrances are sampled during this program.
