Crestone End of Life Project

When we were first approached by the Crestone End of Life Project and asked to participate we found it to be a very interesting possibility.

For many ways this completed a circle for Floracopeia. We’ve been using essential oils and aromatic treasures for all stages of life. We’re using oils in infant massage, childhood development and in schools. We’re using oils for the elderly and for a whole range of therapeutic benefits. But we have not up until this point been using essential oils for one of the most important historical reasons–the use of oils in the end of life ceremony.

Dear Floracopeia – Thank you so much for your latest e-mail about the
Crestone End of Life Project. It is heartening to witness finally
    sensitive and enlightened
traditions being created (and recreated) concerning this profound
passage of life. The 3 videos were excellent, David Crow’s commentary
    clear and exceptional,

We will truly become an enlightened country, an enlightened global
civilization, when all life and all dying is treated with this degree of
    sacredness.
    Thank you Floracopeia.
