I'm wanting to get tea tree and lavender pre-mixed from you all! I love this combo and mix my own but it would be nice to offer an approiately labeled product for my clients.

namaste fredrik!

a routine of pranyama (breathing exercises) may be very helpful for "monkey brain" or rushing thoughts. a simple one is to breathe out twice as long as long as you breathe in... for example- if you inhale for a count of 5, then breathe out for a count of 10. do whatever number feels natural and comfortable.

this can be enhanced with the palm method of inhalation, as described here on the website.

some oils which may be beneficial might include: clary sage, neroli, marjoram or sandalwood.

much light! einsof

Fredrik:

There are many combinations of oils that could be helpful to you. Lavender and clary sage are wonderful for calming and clarifying the emotions. 1 drop clary sage, 1 myrrh, 2 frankincense and 4 neroli in 2 T of jojoba placed upon your wrists, throat, and brow will clear your emotions and reopen your spiritual perception. After doing this it is a wonderful time to meditate and listen to what changes you want to make in your life. Or try placing a few drops in your bath and then close your eyes and allow your inspiration to flow.

2 drops lemon, 2 drops pink grapefruit, 1 galbanum, 2 orange in 2 T of jojoba on wrists, tops of shoulders, around the back of ears will lighten your spirit. Make a larger ratio and massage your whole body in it and you will feel energized and the stagnation in your emotions (and lymph) will begin to cleanse. Do this every few days until you are feeling clear again. It may help you to write a list things that you feel sad about, people, circumstances that you are letting go of, find it in your heart to love them and let them go out of love for yourself.

After you give yourself a body massage, take a few minutes and write the top 10 things you really want to learn about, accomplish, or create in your life. Carry this list with you and look at it frequently, reminding yourself of your great purpose and goals.

For anxiety, roman chamomile & lavender, will calm and clear your thoughts before bedtime so you may have helpful dreams in moving on in your life.

Best wishes.

dry patches respond wonderfully to very diluted (2-5%) of myrrh or frankincesnse in any organic base, although i give preferrence to apricot kernel oil. alternatively, you could use a dab of any of the marula infused massage oils!
