Recently, at the annual conference for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, Floracopeia had the great pleasure of interviewing Dr. Vasant Lad, founder of the Ayurvedic Institute and probably the single most influential individual for Ayurveda in the western hemisphere. (more…)

As many of you know, the In the Garden of the Medicine Buddha immersion retreat is right around the corner.
I don’t know if we’ve ever been more excited about a Floracopeia event as we are for this one. This retreat represents a new phase of growth for Floracopeia Events and the business in general. Essential oil-containing aromatic plants have been used for anti-infectious purposes for millennia. The unpleasant odors of sewage, rotting garbage, sick people, and environmental pollution reveal the presence of proliferating microbial toxins. We are excited to announce the newest addition to the Floracopiea line: The Vata, Pitta and Kapha Ayurvedic Blends. These latest aromatic offerings have been a long time coming and the feedback we’ve gotten so far has been extremely positive. All three blends are on sale for this weekend only (expires 4/13).
