Three Extraordinary Events

Magic and Mysticism: the Elements of Sacred Ritual
Friday 7-10pm
Ceremony and devotional practices have long been used for purposes of spiritual empowerment, rites of passage, and communicating with the divine.  In this evening we will experience the mystical power of ritual, both historical and modern day, with the assistance of essential oils, resins and the elements.

Aphrodisiac Oils: the Art and Science of Sensuality
Saturday 9am-6pm
Atunement of our senses is the portal to sensuality.  Appreciation of the beauty and richness of our surroundings is also an expression of sensuality.   Our olfactory sense is particularly acute, and a direct channel to the limbic system of the brain, which governs emotion, memory, creativity, sex, and other basic drives.  Developing olfactory discernment, through the sublime senses of taste and smell, evokes heightened states of pleasure and joy.  This day we will imbibe, inhale, and taste from the garden of the aphrodisiac, and will learn the basic chemistry behind our bliss.

The Essence of Prana:  Unlocking Prana Vayu with Aromatic Plants
  Sunday 9am-6pm
Prana can be described as life force, or vital energy of the subtle body centers, but it also refers to the physiological channels of the body through which air current flows.  The use of essential oils has a profound effect on both of these systems.  In this day-long intensive we will explore the relationship of the five elements to prana, and will experience first-hand the central role aromatic plants play in influencing essential vitality.

2119 Mapleton Ave., Boulder CO 80304

Cost: This special weekend of events is offered on a donation basis in accordance with Buddhist tradition. A wide variety of Floracopeia essential oils and products will be available for sale.

Aromatic Alchemy Training

Pranic Intelligence, Contemplative Aromatherapy & Experiential Ayurveda

A Floracopeia Certification Course

Created and taught by visionary herbalist David Crow, this is a one of a kind aromatherapy training like no other.

Because of the intimate connection between olfaction and consciousness, when essential oils are used with meditation practice their effects become very powerful. Likewise, deep contemplation of the oils reveals the inner dimensions of plant consciousness responsible for creating the aromatic and therapeutic compounds. When these experiences and insights are translated into the holistic language of Ayurveda, the cosmological principles of this ancient medical system come to life within our senses.

The Aromatic Alchemy Immersion will train you in the deeper levels of aromatic botanical medicine through the direct sensory experience of botanical pranic intelligence found within the essential oils.

This unique course will first increase our knowledge of plant-based medicines and their uses, and then transform that knowledge into deeper spiritual and ecological wisdom.
