David Crow will present "Four Contemplations of Eco-spirituality," in the annual Winter Feast for the Soul. In this series Mr. Crow presents a complete system of practices based on the integration of classical Buddhist Vipassana (Insight) meditation and principles of Ayurvedic medicine, which lead to an immediate and direct perception and understanding of our biological unity and kinship with all living things. These practices are focused on sequential stages of observing the five elements of the body and developing awareness of the prana (life force).
