Essential Oils, attars, absolutes, and infused oils have different shelf lives and longevity. Some, like patchouli and sandalwood, get better with age; others, such as the citruses and florals, degrade more rapidly. In general, all Floracopeia products have a shelf life of at least two years if properly cared for (properly sealed, out of heat and sunlight, refrigerated if stated on label). We do not accept returns on items that have lost their fragrance or degraded due to normal aging beyond their natural shelf life. Please note that we do not accept returns on Sample Testers.
All orders over $100 are shipped with insurance and we will stand behind any broken, lost or incorrect products. If you contact us within 7 businesses days we will resolve the problem for free. If your order is incorrect in any way please contact us within the allotted time and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or retuned. If you receive a broken bottle please notify the office also within this time to have it replaced for free. If you do not contact us within the time given you are responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item.
If you would like to return something please contact our office for approval. Returns will be approved on the basis that the oil has not been used more than a couple times or contaminated. We do not pay for the return shipping and all approved returns will be held as credits available to be used on future orders. We will not be able to give refund for any returns. To use these credits in the future you must call, email or fax your order to us. If you are approved you will be emailed a return form that needs to be filled out completely and sent with the package. All approved returns are to be sent to

Make sure to include Return Form filled out completely. Please allow 7-14 business days for credit to show on all U.S. returns. If you are exchanging and item it will need to be received before we can ship out new product. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of received payment. We ship to any where in the world estimated arrivals vary on shipping method chosen and destination. We ship through the Post office Priority or international and all UPS options. Any package over $100 automatically has insurance added. Shipping cost is based on weight of the items, We package everything tight and secure to insure it makes it to you safe and sound.
