How To Use Spanish Rosemary Oil:
Spanish Rosemary can be applied topically (always diluted), as a compress, in the bath, through direct inhalation, or diffuser.
For sore joints and muscles, dilute 10 drops of rosemary in 15 ml carrier oil and gently massage affected areas.
For hair and scalp, use recommended recipe, applying from a dropper onto scalp. Massage into scalp and hair, and leave overnight for a nourishing complete head treatment.
Dilute rosemary (3%) and apply as a hot compress to relieve menstrual cramps.
A drop of rosemary in the bath can be simultaneously stimulating and relaxing.
To enhance mental clarity and improve respiratory congestion, use direct inhalation of rosemary, or diffusion.

Hair and scalp formula: 8 drops rosemary, 4 drops atlas cedar, 4 drops lemongrass, 4 drops peppermint, 4 drops lavender in 30 ml jojoba oil (10% argan oil will enhance this formula)
Respiratory and mental clarity inhalation blend: 8 drops rosemary, 4 drops peppermint, 4 drops lemon; neat if diffusing, or cut with 15 ml carrier oil for direction inhalation.
Bronchitis blend: 8 drops frankincense, 6 drops eucalyptus, 3 drops rosemary, 3 drops pine, 2 drops peppermint for diffusion, or in 30 ml jojoba oil for topical/direct inhalation
