Essential Oils, attars, absolutes, and infused oils have different shelf lives and longevity. Some, like patchouli and sandalwood, get better with age; others, such as the citruses and florals, degrade more rapidly. In general, all Floracopeia products have a shelf life of at least one year if properly cared for (properly sealed, out of heat and sunlight, refrigerated if stated on label). We do not accept returns on items that have lost their fragrance or degraded due to normal aging beyond their natural shelf life.
- We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
- All credits and refunds are subject to approval by Floracopeia Inc.
- Shipping charges for returned items will be the purchaser's responsibility, except in cases of error on the part of Floracopeia Inc.

Please call us at 530 470 9269 have your receipt available. After contacting Floracopeia Inc., pack your return properly. All items must be sealed with proper amount of packing material. If items returned are damaged or broken Floracopeia Inc. will not be held responsible.
