Herbs: prepare chamomile tea as usual, with 1 teaspoon per cup hot water, infused for 5 minutes.

Take 1⁄2 cup 2 – 4x through late afternoon and evening, adding 1⁄2 dropper each tincture of valerian, black cohosh and hops.
