Palo Santo Essential Oil
About Palo Santo Oil
Palo Santo oil is a true aromatic treasure and a Floracopeia staple. It is renowned for its distinctive uplifting fragrance and its pronounced healing powers. Palo Santo Essential Oil is rich in limonene. A natural purifier, use it in your diffuser to keep you and your family healthy through the winter months. Palo Santo oil is among the best oils to use via direct palm inhalation for its clearing and inspiring properties. It has settling, calming and grounding qualities, thus making it a great ally for maintaining emotional equanimity, as well as a superb oil for spiritual upliftment.
Palo Santo is said to have an emotionally uplifting and balancing effect. Often used for shamanic ritual, it is a valuable tool for meditation, enhancing creativity, and for tasks requiring sustained concentration. With a softness and sweetness similar to some species of frankincense, it is an ideal additive to massage oils. Our founder, David Crow, has written an entire book entitled, "Sacred Smoke: The Magic and Medicine of Palo Santo".

Ayurvedic Wisdom for Palo Santo Essential Oil
From an Ayurvedic perspective, Palo Santo Oil will alleviate problems caused by the Vata (Wind) and Kapha (Phlegm) doshas. It also has beneficial uses to alleviate the Pitta (fire) dosha in certain circumstances. Therefore, by balancing "wind," palo santo oil will assist in slowing down the overly active mind and will support tranquility and peacefulness.
By balancing "phlegm," palo santo oil helps to lighten tendencies of sluggishness, complacency, and melancholy. Its mood uplifting and supports heightened energy (prana) in the body. When Pitta dosha infiltrates the joints and muscles, causing pain and tension, Palo Santo oil can be a healing gem. Perhaps most importantly, Palo Santo oil is primarily sattvic. Therefore, when used regularly, it purifies the channels of the mind and elevates the spirit.
Interesting Information on Palo Santo Oil
To harvest the oil, only dead trees that have been left lying on the ground for a minimum of two years can be used. The resin is driven into the heartwood when the wood dies and matures, developing its unique and powerful chemistry. The average life of the Palo Santo tree is between 80 and 90 years. Redolent of citrus and balsam, Palo Santo, like its cousin Frankincense, belongs to the category of "spiritual oils," renowned for their esoteric and numinous character. This distillation is highly therapeutic and intriguingly complex.

I have never been so in love with an essential oil. I didn't know it was possible. I have used EO's on and off for years, enjoying them and using them sometimes then having long stretched where I don't touch them. When I discovered Palo Santo oil, everything changed. I use it multiple times a day to stay calm and centered in my high stress job. It helps me to focus and not freak out over my work load. I seriously consider this oil a medicine for my psyche. I am grateful and in awe of the healing properties of this magical oil!

I love working with Palo Santo oil. Even if I'm short on time for a formal ritual, just smelling the oil brings a sense of calm and a deeper connection to the Forests. I will only work with Florocopeia's products.

I've wanted to tell you how exquisite this particular EO smells to me. I've used others and yours contains the right amount of pungency and smoothness. Very strong but not overwhelming, just perfect. Love your bottles and the way the oils are released - not too much resistance, not too much dribbliness.
I love Palo Santos & this essential oil is amazing.
Incredibly spiritual and protective oil
by Flora Zulli, Beleza Pura Aromatherapy
Incredibly spiritual and protective oil ✨ Palo Santo is my oil I have used consistently throughout the pandemic. It almost immediately grounds me, helping me with the anxiety and depression, and when diffused creates an atmosphere of peace and a sense of protection. I make a blend of Palo Santo, Lavender and a drop of Cedarwood, an excellent blend for 2020.

Floracopeia's Palo Santo is a exceptional essential oil. The fragrance is beyond words, it always brings me to a higher vibration. I love it so much I wanted to know more about it so I purchased the book "Sacred Smoke". So very interesting! I use it as a personal meditation tool in the morning to start my day. I place 3 drops in the palm of my hand and touch each of the chakra points. What a wonderful way to start my day!

Love to diffuse in my home.

I burned Palo Santo wood as incense for years. In the last few months I ordered the essential oil from Floracopeia. I was surprised how intense the oil is. I primarily diffuse in a hand blown glass diffuser from Kurt Schnaubelt around 30 years ago or so at a workshop in a health food store. A little history there. I love the oil, provides an energy space of peace and no stress and calm for me. I would like to use more on my skin, not sure about carrier oil and dilution. Thanks for the opportunity to respond and much Aloha to you all!

I love Palo Santo. It has protected me from the flu for many years. Since I tend toward anaphylactic hives, I don't get flu shots. But Palo Santo has protected me better than the shots ever did.
